The problem
Orders in Keap represented different account levels for a whitelabeled RealeFlow app. New purchases, upgrades, and downgrades needed to update the external account system without manual intervention.
The solution
I built a custom script integrated with Keap and RealeFlow. When orders came through Keap, the script created new accounts or adjusted existing plan levels through the RealeFlow API.
How the workflow moved
- An order originated inside Keap.
- The integration identified the purchased account level.
- New accounts were created in RealeFlow when needed.
- Existing accounts were upgraded or downgraded based on order changes.
- Keap remained the control point for customer purchase activity.
Why it mattered
The workflow connected billing activity to account access and reduced manual account-management work for the team.
